Commission Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, I TRUST THAT YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED, READ AND AGREED TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.

I only offer one type of commission work:[ >>> FULL RENDER ILLUSTRATION <<< Base Price: $120 ](There's a possibility that the artwork will be more complex than expected. It can be judged either from the very first communication with the client - the most likely possibility - or as the commission progresses.)Subjects and themes that I'm willing to do:
Fanart, OC, Fictional Subjects, Real Life People, Food, Pet, Light Nsfw and Light Gore.Subjects and themes that I will NOT do:
Violent Gore, Porn, Mecha, Anthro, Hateful Content, anything else that I might be uncomfortable with or just have a skill issue with.+++++++++++++++++++++>> [How to avail] <<- The client can contact the artist through the provided email, discord or social media direct messages.
- The client must provide description of their desired commission piece and provide photo references like stock photos, their own sketches or even one of the artist's artworks.
- The client must state the size they want their commissioned piece to be.
- The seller has the right to cancel the commission for various reasons.
- Client must Inform the artist if the commission has a deadline.
- By commissioning the artist the client is only purchasing the artist's labor and the commissioned piece. The artwork will be done in the artist's own artstyle.>> [Payment] <<- Client must pay the base price upfront before the commission can start.
- Client agrees to pay in full USD or PHP.
- Client must be responsible for the currency conversion costs, bank fees, payment provider service fees or any other costs needed in order to transfer the funds to the artist.+Refund:
- 50% refunds up to lineart stage only otherwise refunds are not allowed. No chargeback as well.
- Unless no update happens for an entire month or more, or the artist can no longer commit to the commission, then the client will receive a full refund.>> [Mode of Payment] <<- Payment is done via Paypal (invoice) or through wire transfer using Xoom (a paypal service), Wise or GCash (e-wallet).>> [Waiting time and Feedback] <<- Usual turnaround time will be around 1-3 weeks. The artist will contact the client if more time is needed to finish the product.
- The artist will send the client a progress screenshot every other day within those weeks. Each screenshot will come with a watermark and sample label, the client can discuss with the artist any revisions they may want once they received and viewed the screenshots.
- The client must approve each progress screenshot before the artist can continue with the commission.>> [Final Payment and Delivery] <<- The client must approve of the final progress screenshot before they can receive the final product.
- Client must acknowledge that the final product will only be in DIGITAL FORM.
- The final product will be delivered in a Google Drive link or other agreed mode of delivery. Google Drive link will only be available for 1 month and will be deleted afterwards. A new link can be made if the client fails to download the product after a month.
- It is the client's sole responsibility to properly store the product. The artist will not be held responsible if the client loses the product due to negligence and they can not be guaranteed to receive a new link for the original file because the artist may no longer have possession of the original file(s).>> [Usage] <<- The artist retains original copyright and ownership of the work. The artist also holds the right to upload watermarked version of the product in their social media accounts unless the client specifically states that the product is a fully private commissioned piece.
-The client must credit the artist if they choose to upload the product on their social media accounts.
- The client can not claim the product as their own.
- The client can not resell Personal Commissions as prints or merchandise.
- The client can not use the artist's works for NFTs, crypto related stuff or AI image training.
- The client can not edit or attempt to fix the final product.
